When the damage was caused by an unpredictable event, there’s a chance the repairs or replacement might be covered by your homeowner’s insurance. If this is the case, then the very first thing you should do is file a claim with your insurance company.

Roofs break down over time. Today, if you use the right materials, your roof should last you around 50 years. A roof inspection is its own service.
