He was verry patiant and took great care to be sure he understood exactully what we wanted done and to explain the prosess to me. He always got right back to me when I texted any questions or concerns. His crew worked incredibly hard and fast.they did exactly what I asked them to do and finnished the job in. You may think you're going to get inferior products, I assure you it's the same products another company was going to charge me for $4000.00 more for. Owens Corning. 25 year dimensional shingles and the new underlayment. They're labor is warranted for the life of the shingles and even if it's not a labor issue they'll work with you to fix the problem. You'll love George and Brian Madden, friendliest and nicest contractors I have ever dealt with. They'll answer any questions and concerns you have if not right then, promptly. Their crew is serious. They arrived at 6:50am and went straight to work. No standing around for 30 minutes smoking and drinking coffee. I only seen two take a 15 minute breather, but I think they were the ones carrying the shingles up the ladder because I never heard the nail guns stop. 1:20pm they had 1200 sqft of roofing done, yard cleaned up and gone.
